ACT's quality system drives precision products
The overarching goal of Advanced Cooling Technologies, Inc (ACT) is to provide a superior standard of service to our customers through responsiveness, competitive pricing and most importantly, the quality of our products and services. One element demonstrating our commitment to quality was the achievement of ISO 9001:2008 international quality certification, Certificate Number US-3364a, in December 2005 and the receipt of AS 9100 aerospace certification in December 2006.
ACT has received a perfect 100% score on each of its maintenance and recertification audits. These achievements qualify ACT as a Certified Supplier for aerospace, military and commercial industries and inclusion in the OASIS database.

Quality and continuous improvement are basic ACT operating principles. Achievement of the ISO 9001:2008 and AS9100 certifications emphasizes that commitment to our customers.
In addition, we also invest in the quality of our employees. Our Quality Assurance Manager is an ASQ certified Six Sigma Black Belt who provides extensive training in quality tools and methodology to the ACT staff. Welders employed at ACT are qualified in accordance with AWS D17.1 standards, and have also been certified to perform visual examinations of welds according to MIL-STD-2219A, AWS D17.1 and AWS B2.1 standards.
