Jon Zuo, Ph.D. - Founder, President and Chief Technical Officer.
Dr. Zuo is responsible for ACT's overall direction and management. He has extensive experience in conducting and managing thermal technology R&D programs. His previous and current customers include the U.S. government and numerous commercial corporations. Dr. Zuo specializes in high heat flux cooling with advanced two-phase flow technologies. Dr. Zuo is the author or co-author of more than 30 technical papers in archive journals and proceedings, and his inventions have resulted in 14 U.S. patents. He frequently presents at technical seminars, chairs conference sessions, and reviews grant proposals and journal papers. In addition to his R&D work, Dr. Zuo has a proven track record in commercializing advanced thermal technologies.

Scott Garner, P.E. - Founder, Vice President, Sales & Marketing.
Mr. Garner is responsible for ACT's technology and products sales and marketing. Mr. Garner has nearly two decades of experience in design and manufacture of thermal management solutions for electronics. He has worked in research and development, product engineering, marketing and managerial positions throughout his career. He has substantial experience working with major OEMs and CEMs in the electronics industry. Mr. Garner is a prolific technical writer on heat pipes and other thermal technologies. He is also an active inventor; his inventions have resulted in 16 U.S. patents on various thermal devices.

Yale Eastman - Board Member
Mr. Eastman was Thermacore, Inc.'s principal founder (1970) and Chairman and CEO until 1997. Mr. Eastman is an experienced manager, having served in engineering, manufacturing, marketing and managerial positions in large and small companies. He has direct, hands-on experience in the design, development and manufacture of heat pipes. Mr. Eastman's inventions have resulted in 19 U.S. patents. He has managed more than 100 externally-funded R&D contracts.

Peter Dussinger - Manager, Custom Products
Mr. Dussinger is responsible for ACT's Custom Products Group. Mr. Dussinger has more than 20 years of experience in thermal technology R&D and production. Mr. Dussinger is one of the leading experts on high temperature heat pipes. His inventions have resulted in 10 U.S. patents.

John Hartenstine - Manager, Aerospace Products
Mr. Hartenstine is responsible for the manufacturing and R&D activities for ACT's aerospace customers. Mr. Hartenstine has more than 20 years of experience in thermal products R&D, production, quality assurance and plant management.

William Anderson, Ph.D., P.E. - Lead Engineer, Aerospace Products
Dr. Anderson leads the engineering staff in the Aerospace Products Group. Dr. Anderson has more than 25 years of experience in the aerospace, chemical, electronics cooling, energy conversion, and nuclear industries. He has designed heat transfer devices ranging in temperatures from 20K to above 2,000°C
