TERRITORY MANAGERS – TECHNICAL SALES


Bryan Muzyka is the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Advanced Cooling Technologies, Inc. Since joining the team as a Research and Development Engineer in 2009, Bryan has focused his energy on enhancing the customer experience, introducing innovative technologies to new markets, and enabling customers and end users to realize a better overall solution through advanced thermal management strategies. He currently leads a team of over a dozen direct sales and marketing professionals as well as multiple industry focused representative networks.
Bryan earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University and his M.B.A. & Engineering from Lehigh University. He’s currently responsible for driving revenue growth across a variety of industries including aerospace, defense, medical, energy, industrial power electronics and HVAC energy recovery.
Outside of ACT, Bryan serves on the Board of Directors of the Keystone Space Collaborative, helping to carry out the mission of growing the space ecosystem within the region; including advancing advocacy, workforce development, research and development and industry access to local businesses interested in working in the space industry. In his spare time, Bryan enjoys golf and fandom of the Jets, Mets, Knicks, and Islanders (yes, it hasn’t been pretty over the past 30 years). However, most of his time is spent with his wife and two kids, with hopes of developing the next generation of innovative thinkers.


Adam brings over 20 years of experience in international sales from a vast portfolio of industries and clients. He was appointed to the Mid-Atlantic District Export Council by the U.S. Secretary of Commerce. He volunteers his time and expertise as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the World Trade Center (Central Pennsylvania). He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a B.S. in International Business and has traveled to more than 55 countries around the world. Adam enjoys spending time with his family, as well as cooking, traveling, & working out at CrossFit.


Kimberly Mankosa is the Manager of Domestic Sales at ACT, leading a team of territory managers to drive business growth across diverse markets. Throughout her years with ACT, Kimberly has contributed to a wide range of thermal projects across multiple industries. Her ability to assess complex thermal challenges and effectively communicate solutions ensures seamless collaboration between customers and ACT’s technical team. Kimberly holds a bachelor’s degree in energy engineering from Penn State.


Seth is a Sales Engineer responsible for the Northeastern portion of the United States. He applies his Mechanical Engineering expertise from Penn State University and over 9 years of technical sales experience at ACT to provide outstanding customer service. Since joining ACT, he has led a variety of thermal management projects across multiple sectors, ensuring innovative and effective results. Outside of work, Seth enjoys sports, outdoor activities, and traveling with his wife.


Andrew Terry comes to ACT with a variety of customer service experiences. He served in education for 21 years before entering the real estate business. Andy then took an opportunity to utilize his MBA in a sales position as Military Sales Manager for trailers at MGS Incorporated, before moving to Tekgard as Business Development Manager in 2019. Originally from Ohio, he earned a BS in Secondary Mathematics (Edinboro University of PA), a Master’s in Business and Administration (Bowie State University), and a Doctorate in Education (Widener University). He is an avid supporter of the Ohio State Buckeyes and enjoys golf, hiking, and his backyard fire pit.


Throughout his extensive 25-year tenure, Steve has been a steadfast pillar of support for clients in the space, defense, and aerospace sectors. With a degree in mechanical engineering and an MBA, he is customer-focused and solutions-oriented to solve issues surrounding your thermal requirements. Steve’s territory includes California, Arizona and New Mexico. His spare time is spent with his family, working on his 1972 Mustang Mach 1 and following the NFL.
STRATEGIC MARKET SPECIALISTS


Mark Stevens has over 25 years of product management, product development and field application experience in industrial automation controls and building systems. Mark has been with ACT for over 12 years and was instrumental in the launch of ACT’s HVAC Energy Recovery product line in 2012, and the Sealed Enclosure Cooling product line 2016. Mark supports ACT’s global salesforce and rep network as the HVAC Energy Recovery and Enclosure Cooling Market Specialist. In this role, Mark shares his industry knowledge and proven success of heat pipe technology, contributing to corporate carbon emissions reduction goals. Mark enjoys power boating and navigating the northern Chesapeake bay and its tributaries.


INSIDE SALES STAFF


Brittany Hoeschele has over 10 years of customer support and administration experience which she combines with her studies in International Relations at Lafayette College (B.A.) and American University (M.A.) to creatively manage ACT’s inside sales staff. She keeps busy with two young children, hiking and traveling when possible.


Kevin Moore graduated from Ursinus College with a B.A. in English and Media & Communication Studies. Prior to joining the ACT sales team, he supported the marketing and business development efforts of the Tekgard division. In his free time, Kevin enjoys nature photography, watching classic films, and (despite years of heartache) rooting for Atlanta sports teams.


Heidi Hanson is an experienced Sales Representative. She worked in the investment industry for 15 years before pursuing a career as an Account Representative. When away from the office Heidi enjoys working on home projects, traveling, spending time with family and cruising the Chesapeake Bay.


Lisa Vogel received an A.S. in Business Administration from Goldey-Beacom College in Wilmington, DE and comes to ACT with over 25 years of sales support and customer service experience. She has enjoyed positions in various industries including Media and Manufacturing with 10 years in the thermal cooling solutions market. She enjoys outdoor activities including walking, boating, fishing, and handgun target practice. During the cooler months, Lisa prefers watching sports and is a huge Tampa Bay Lightning fan!
