Some models are restricted for use on vertical or horizontal surfaces so these selections will impact the recommended solution for your application. The calculator will also eliminate potential solutions that will not fit on the enclosure as defined by the provided dimensions and available locations for mounting.

Please choose the color that most closely matches the color of your enclosure. This selection determines the effective emissivity of the enclosure when surfaces are exposed to solar loading.

If “Yes” is selected, calculations assume an insulation value of R-5 and ½” thick panels for all enclosure walls that are checked as being exposed to airflow or solar loading. Results may not be accurate for applications with insulated enclosures of significantly different construction than assumed.
