System Level Design and Analysis

Designing for your application as a system gives both teams a competitive edge; understanding the way each component or subsystem interacts allows us to design a more cost-effective solution. Experts in their field: ACT’s technical team has experts in diverse fields, such as mechanical, electrical, chemical, aerospace, nuclear, materials, manufacturing, and physics.

Many of our engineers hold advanced degrees in these fields and several are internationally recognized experts. Our team uses this expertise to collaborate and create unique solutions for some of the world’s most challenging problems.

Prototyping and Testing

Our in-house manufacturing spans across two facilities, and we offer custom thermal management system and component prototyping. We offer high quality, fast turnaround on thermal components as well as full solutions; this includes integration with Thermoelectric coolers, power electronics laser devices, and more. Along with passive thermal solutions such as heat pipes and phase change materials, ACT builds actively pumped single- and two-phase systems.

Using our extensive product development and manufacturing experience, we offer feasibility studies to generate and evaluate potential thermal management solutions from many important aspects including: cost (simplicity), performance, manufacturability and reliability. We can help you save time and avoid costly delays at the end of your project by identifying the correct thermal solution upfront.
