FAR52.225-8Duty-Free Entry (Oct 2010).  The Contractor shall include the substance of this clause in any subcontract if—(1) Supplies identified in the Schedule to be accorded duty-free entry will be imported into the customs territory of the United States; or (2) Other foreign supplies in excess of $15,000 may be imported into the customs territory of the United States.
