ACT Unveils 200kW Two-Phase Liquid Cooling CDU at Data Center World
Field-Proven Cooling Technology Now Powering the Future of AI, HPC, and High-Density Compute Environments

LANCASTER, PA – April 14, 2025 – Advanced Cooling Technologies, Inc. (ACT) is unveiling its new 200kW Two-Phase Liquid Cooling CDU at Data Center World 2025, showcasing a cutting-edge solution purpose-built for high-density AI, HPC, and edge computing workloads. The Cooling Distribution Unit (CDU) efficiently cools up to 10 racks, supporting a total thermal load of 200kW, and leverages the latent heat of vaporization to deliver superior thermal performance with reduced energy consumption.
Unlike traditional water-based systems, ACT’s Two-Phase CDU uses dielectric fluids to safely and effectively manage high heat flux with minimal pumping power. The solution features N+1 redundancy, hot-swappable connections, and smart diagnostics—ensuring resilience and uptime in demanding environments.
“As the thermal challenges in data centers continue to intensify, ACT is committed to leading the charge with innovative solutions,” said Devin Pellicone, Manager, Product Development at ACT. “Our 200kW Two-Phase Liquid Cooling CDU exemplifies this commitment, showcasing our dedication to pushing the boundaries of thermal management. We are bringing our proven Two-Phase technology, validated over seven years in other demanding industries, to the forefront of data center cooling. Furthermore, we are already underway in developing a CDU to handle 1MW capacity, ensuring our customers are equipped to handle the most demanding workloads today and well into the future.”
ACT’s new CDU is part of its broader commitment to drive innovation and efficiency in next-generation data center cooling.
