ACT Expands Research and Development Areas
Advanced Cooling Technologies, Inc. (ACT) – October 20, 2023, a leading innovator in thermal management solutions, is excited to announce the successful completion of a year-long renovation project to expand its Research and Development (R&D) facilities located in Burle Corporate Park, Lancaster Pennsylvania.
This expansion showcases ACT’s commitment to innovation and continuous growth within the thermal management industry, allowing the company to better serve its customers and partners with cutting-edge systems and advanced research capabilities.
The renovation project, which concluded earlier this month, has resulted in a significant increase in square footage dedicated to R&D. Notable features of the expansion include:
Dedicated Lab Space: A spacious, state-of-the-art lab encompassing 72,000 square feet has been established. This will serve as the hub for groundbreaking research and development at ACT, allowing their engineers to further explore and refine their innovative thermal solutions in a spacious lab.
Expanded Office Space: An additional 6,000 square feet of office space has been added to accommodate the growing team of both technicians and engineers. The office space is designed to foster collaboration, creativity, and a comfortable work environment. The space also includes 27 cubicles, providing dedicated workspaces for the R&D team, along with three new conference rooms equipped with cutting-edge audiovisual technology to facilitate collaboration and presentations.
Recreational Amenities: ACT recognizes the importance of work-life balance, and the new facility reflects this commitment. A break room has been designed to encourage relaxation and team bonding, featuring a regulation-sized ping pong table and comfortable seating areas.
