Advanced Cooling Technologies Inc. (ACT) Acquires Canyon Composites
Lancaster Pennsylvania — 10/1/2025 — Advanced Cooling Technologies, Inc. (“ACT”), a leading provider of thermal management solutions for mission-critical applications, today announced its acquisition of Canyon Composites Inc. (“Canyon”), a specialized manufacturer of composite and metallic structures based in Anaheim, California. With this acquisition, ACT will be able to provide customers in the space, defense, and other industries with full thermal control systems, combining ACT’s passive and active thermal control products with Canyon’s radiator and structural panels.
Founded in 1995, Canyon Composites has built a reputation for manufacturing excellence, delivering high-quality composite and metallic components and structures for the most demanding applications. The company’s Anaheim facility and team of highly skilled professionals will become an integral part of ACT, serving customers worldwide with expanded product offerings.
