Lancaster, PA December 11th, 2023— Advanced Cooling Technologies, Inc. (ACT), a pioneer in thermal management engineering and manufacturing, proudly announces the establishment of a new employee-run committee called ACTeach. This internal initiative reflects ACT’s commitment to leveraging the expertise of its team to equip local youth with practical experiences in engineering disciplines, fostering a passion for innovation and positive change. The newly formed committee has begun visiting local schools and engaging students in an engineering activity.

ACTeach, an initiative spearheaded by passionate employees within ACT, aims to inspire the next generation of technicians and engineers by offering hands-on experiences and valuable mentorship opportunities. The committee is dedicated to nurturing an environment where young minds can explore and develop their interest in engineering disciplines.
