ACT Receives ISO 9001:2000 Certification

Lancaster, Pennsylvania – December 15, 2005 – Advanced Cooling Technologies, Inc. (ACT) has received the ISO 9001:2000 international quality certification by Intertek Testing Services. ACT’s quality objective is to provide a superior standard of service to our customers through good professional practice and quality of our products and services. Quality and continuous improvement are basic ACT operating principles. Achievement of the ISO 9001:2000 certification emphasizes that commitment to our customers.

The ISO 9001:2000 standard establishes a Quality Management System (QMS) that consistently provides products that meet customers’ requirements and enhances customer satisfaction through continuous improvement activities. The standard is structured into four major generic business processes: management responsibility, resource management, product realization, and measurement, analysis and improvement.

ACT is a developer and manufacturer of advanced heat pipes, pumped single and two-phase loops and thermal storage devices. ACT specializes in technology development and custom thermal product design and manufacturing.
